Luxembourg Pride in Esch-sur-Alzette
Luxembourg Pride is a week-long annual celebration held each July, combining concerts, artistic presentations, an outdoor fair and a pride march. Historically centered in Esch-sur-Alzette, with the march starting at Place de la Resistance, the event has begun alternating between Esch-sur-Alzette and Luxembourg City to reach communities across the country. It stands as the Grand Duchy's main public LGBTQ+ celebration.
Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg's second-largest city and a former steel town in the industrial south, has long served as the historic home of Luxembourg Pride, the country's principal public celebration of LGBTQ+ life.
