Fete de la Musique Luxembourg in Luxembourg City/regions
Fête de la Musique Luxembourg has filled Luxembourg City with free public concerts since 2000. The event spreads across several central squares, including Place d'Armes, Place de la Constitution, Place Guillaume II and Place des Bains, with the Kirchberg and Eich districts hosting their own extended programs on nearby dates. Performances range from classical and jazz to rock, world music and hip-hop, played by amateur and professional musicians alike, all free to attend.
Fête de la Musique began as an international movement built on a simple idea: on one night each year, streets and public squares become open stages for anyone who wants to play music, professional or amateur, without tickets or admission fees.
