Festival AG'NA is a culture and digital-arts festival spanning Bamako and Koulikoro, organized by Groupe Walaha with Essakane Production. It blends the desert-music heritage of the displaced Festival au Desert with digital programming from Cine a dos, including film screenings, mapping and digital art installations alongside concerts and storytelling sessions.

Mali's desert-music tradition, once showcased at the celebrated Festival au Desert in the country's north, lost its original home when insecurity made the region too dangerous to host large gatherings.
