Bar Chronicle Winter Scene is the winter-season program of Barski Ljetopis, Bar's long-running arts festival, organized by the Bar Cultural Center. It extends the decades-old summer manifestation into the colder months with literary readings, art exhibitions, theatre, film screenings and music events, giving the town's cultural calendar year-round continuity rather than concentrating programming into the summer tourist season alone.
Bar's cultural life has long been organized around Barski Ljetopis, the Bar Chronicle, a summer arts manifestation with decades of history in the town, bringing together literature, visual art, theatre, film and music during the warm months when Bar's population swells with tourists arriving by ferry and along the coastal highway.
