Zundert Flower Parade in Zundert
Corso Zundert is the world's largest flower parade built entirely from dahlias, held on the first weekend of September in the town of Zundert. Founded in 1936, the parade uses around eight million dahlias grown largely in local fields, with roughly 20 elaborate floats built by competing neighborhood associations over the course of a full year.
Zundert has organized its dahlia-based flower parade since 1936, building, over nearly nine decades, what is now widely described as the largest flower parade in the world constructed from a single flower species.
