New Zealand International Film Festival in Multiple cities

Whanau Marama: New Zealand International Film Festival screens over a hundred films from more than forty countries across multiple cities each winter, anchored by heritage cinemas including Auckland's Civic Theatre and Wellington's Embassy Theatre. Formed from a 1984 merger of separate Auckland and Wellington festivals, it has run continuously since, adapting its city list to funding pressure.
