Palestine Cinema Days in Ramallah/Jerusalem/Bethlehem

Palestine Cinema Days is an annual film festival organized by Film Lab Palestine, based in Ramallah, held each November since 2014 across Ramallah, Jerusalem, Bethlehem, Jenin, Haifa, Gaza City, and Rafah. It screens Palestinian and Arab cinema addressing Palestine, alongside workshops and panel discussions, and pairs local screenings with events abroad.

When Film Lab Palestine launched Palestine Cinema Days in 2014, the goal was straightforward: bring Palestinian and Arab films dealing with Palestine to audiences who often could not easily see them, and open space for discussion and training for filmmakers working under difficult conditions.

When the 2023 edition was postponed weeks before launch due to the Gaza War, the festival responded by creating an Around the World initiative, screening its selected films internationally instead, which grew from 171 screenings in 41 countries that year to more than 700 screenings across 94 countries by 2025
