Festival Ovecha Rague in San Miguel
Since 1989, San Miguel in Misiones department has held the Festival del Ovecha Rague each June, its name meaning sheepskin or wool in Guarani, celebrating the town's wool handicraft tradition with artisan exhibitions, horsemanship parades, and typical foods such as asado a la criolla, locro, and sopa paraguaya, reaching a 35th edition in 2026.
