Pyrkon Fantasy Festival in Poznan

Pyrkon is Poland's largest fan convention, held every late June in Poznan and devoted to science fiction, fantasy, anime, gaming, comics, and tabletop role-play, drawing well over fifty thousand attendees to the city's exhibition halls. The event runs across several halls of the Poznan International Fair over a long weekend, giving fans of every genre a shared home base.

Pyrkon began as a modest gathering of Poznan fantasy and science-fiction fans and grew into the largest event of its kind in Poland, now filling the halls of the Poznan International Fair every late June.
