Electric Castle is a major multi-day music festival held each July on the grounds of Bánffy Castle in the village of Bonțida, near Cluj-Napoca, founded in 2013. It combines electronic, indie, and alternative music across multiple stages set among the castle's historic ruins and grounds, alongside camping, art installations, and a distinct architectural backdrop unmatched by conventional festival fields.

Bánffy Castle spent much of the twentieth century in decline, an eighteenth-century Transylvanian estate near the village of Bonțida left partially ruined through war and decades of neglect under state control.
