Romanian Design Week in Bucharest

Romanian Design Week is Bucharest's flagship annual showcase for product design, architecture, graphic design, fashion, interior design, and illustration. Held each spring across dozens of venues, it pairs juried exhibitions with public interventions such as RDW & The City, which turns stretches of Calea Victoriei into open-air displays for tens of thousands of visitors.

Romanian Design Week began as a way to answer a simple question: where could Romania's design graduates, young architecture firms, and independent illustrators show their work to the public rather than only to each other.
