Golden Raven Arctic International Film Festival in Anadyr
The Golden Raven International Arctic Film Festival screens fiction, documentary and animated films about life in the far north in Anadyr, the remote capital of Chukotka on Russia's Pacific Arctic coast. Held roughly every year or two, it is one of the largest cultural events in Russia's Arctic region, judging entries from around the world that engage with polar ecology, indigenous culture and the challenges of life at the edge of the habitable map.
