Ivanovo Mirror Film Festival in Ivanovo

The Mirror International Film Festival honors director Andrei Tarkovsky across Ivanovo Region, screening auteur cinema in Ivanovo, Yuryevets, Shuya, Kokhma and Kineshma. Yuryevets, the town Tarkovsky called his childhood homeland and home to his family archive, traditionally hosts the opening ceremony. Since its founding the festival has grown into a touring event blending film with music and architecture programming, reaching its twentieth edition in 2026.
