Happy Khabarovsk City Festival in Khabarovsk
Happy Khabarovsk is an open-air art and craft festival held each spring along the city's main street as the centerpiece of Khabarovsk's City Day celebrations. Muravyov-Amursky Street closes to traffic for the afternoon, filling with craftspeople's stalls, interactive activity zones and photo installations that organizers describe as having become one of the city's signature annual events, drawing tens of thousands of visitors.
For most of the year, Muravyov-Amursky Street functions as any central avenue does in a mid-sized Russian city: traffic, shopfronts, the ordinary business of getting somewhere else.
