Saint Lucia Jazz and Arts Festival in Pigeon Island/Castries/Multi-venue
Since 1992, the Saint Lucia Jazz and Arts Festival has grown from a jazz-focused concert series into an eleven-day-plus celebration of music, visual art, fashion, and dance across Castries, Rodney Bay, and the historic Pigeon Island National Landmark. Ranked among the Caribbean's leading music festivals, it mixes international headliners with regional and Saint Lucian talent.
Launched in 1992 as a deliberate strategy to extend Saint Lucia's tourist season into the traditionally quieter month of May, the Saint Lucia Jazz and Arts Festival has grown into one of the Caribbean's most established music events, ranked by many regional observers as second in scale only to Trinidad's Carnival.
