Dialaw Festival - Rythmes et Formes du Monde in Toubab Dialaw
Dialaw Festival - Rythmes et Formes du Monde is a free, multidisciplinary arts festival held each spring in the seaside village of Toubab Dialaw. Running since 2012, it mixes music, dance, theater, workshops and an artisan market around Lebou coastal culture, drawing artists and audiences to a five-day program by the ocean.
Toubab Dialaw is a small fishing village on Senegal's Petite Cote, roughly an hour south of Dakar, that over recent decades has become an informal gathering place for artists, sculptors and musicians drawn to its cliffside views and easygoing pace.
