Pohoda Festival in Trenčín Airport

Pohoda is Slovakia's biggest annual music and arts festival, founded in 1997 and held at Trenčín Airport since 2004. Across 16 stages hosting more than 130 performers, it mixes alternative, indie, electronica, world music and punk with literature, dance, visual art, film and theatre, reaching its 30th anniversary edition in 2026.

In 1997, a new festival launched in Trenčín with an ambition unusual for its time: to build a Slovak summer gathering that treated music, literature, dance, film and theatre as equally weighted parts of a single cultural program rather than isolating live music as the sole draw.
