Nordisk Panorama in Malmo
Nordisk Panorama Film Festival is the leading festival for Nordic short and documentary film, founded in 1990 and based in Malmo since 2013 after two decades of touring between host cities across the Nordic region. Held over six days each September, it screens around 100 short and documentary films from Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden, alongside industry events, the Forum and Market, aimed at producers, distributors and film professionals.
Nordisk Panorama Film Festival was founded in 1990 to give Nordic short film and documentary a dedicated regional platform at a time when such work often struggled to find audiences beyond national festival circuits.
