Stockholm Pride in Stockholm
Stockholm Pride is Scandinavia's largest LGBTQ pride festival, held in the Swedish capital each summer since 1998. Organized by the non-profit Stockholm Pride Association, the week combines a seminar and debate program at Pride House, an exhibitor and performance area called Pride Park, a dedicated youth program, and the Pride Parade through central Stockholm, drawing tens of thousands of marchers and hundreds of thousands of spectators.
Stockholm Pride traces its roots to 1998, when Sweden's capital hosted EuroPride for the first time and a local organizing effort grew into an annual event of its own.
