Istanbul Design Biennial in Istanbul

Organized by IKSV, the Istanbul Design Biennial ran five editions between 2012 and 2020, exploring design and architecture through changing curatorial themes at venues across the city. No sixth edition has been confirmed since 2020, and the festival's own website still centers on the fifth edition as of this research, so its current active status is uncertain.

The Istanbul Design Biennial launched in 2012 under the direction of the Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts, known as IKSV, as a biennial exploration of design and architecture with a new curatorial theme every two years.
