The Public Art Abu Dhabi Biennial, known as PAAD, is the flagship biennial event of the Department of Culture and Tourism - Abu Dhabi's Public Art Abu Dhabi programme, an initiative backed by an investment of more than 35 million US dollars annually into the emirate's public art and wider creative industries.
