Al Ain Book Festival, now in its sixteenth edition, spreads more than 200 events, author talks, poetry sessions, workshops and Flavourful Nights cooking demonstrations, across six distinct venues including Qasr Al Muwaiji, Al Ain Square and United Arab Emirates University, bringing together more than 220 publishers and exhibitors showcasing over 100,000 titles with a specific focus on supporting Emirati authors.
Eight dedicated poetry sessions at the historic Qasr Al Muwaiji alone draw more than 30 poets, one strand within a festival spread across six distinct venues, Al Ain Square at Hazza bin Zayed Stadium, Qasr Al Muwaiji, Bait Mohammed bin Khalifa, United Arab Emirates University, Zayed Central Library and Al Qattara Arts Centre, rather than a single exhibition hall.
