Sharjah International Book Fair in Sharjah

Sharjah International Book Fair has run each November at Expo Centre Sharjah since 1982, now past its forty-fifth consecutive edition, drawing over 1.4 million visitors from 206 countries and more than 2,300 publishers, and holding the title of the world's largest marketplace for publishing rights for five consecutive years, alongside a Translation Grant programme that has funded over 500 book translations since 2011.
