TRNSMT Festival in Glasgow

A city-centre music festival staged on Glasgow Green each July since 2017, launched by promoter DF Concerts as the direct replacement for the discontinued T in the Park. With no on-site camping, it draws day-tripping crowds exceeding fifty thousand daily for mainstream guitar and pop headliners.

TRNSMT emerged in January 2017 as the direct replacement for T in the Park, the long-running Scottish festival that its promoter DF Concerts cancelled that year after site and safety problems at the 2016 event forced a rethink of format.
