London Design Festival in London
An annual celebration of London's design industry held across the city each September since its founding in 2003 by Ben Evans and John Sorrell. Grown from ninety speakers at its first edition to over two thousand participating design businesses and hundreds of thousands of attendees, it spans exhibitions, talks and showcases across multiple design districts citywide.
London Design Festival was founded in 2003 by Ben Evans and John Sorrell, who launched the concept at an event held at Bloomberg's London offices on 25 March that year before staging the first full festival from 20 to 28 September 2003.
