Allegan County Fair in Allegan
The Allegan County Fair is a nine-day county fair held every September at the Allegan County Fairgrounds along the Kalamazoo River, tracing its roots to the Allegan County Agricultural Society founded in 1852. Featuring grandstand concerts, 4-H and open-class livestock and agricultural judging, midway rides, and the historic John Paul Historical Village, it has been recognized as one of Michigan's largest and most popular county fairs.
Its age and fairgrounds scale make it a strong regional community row.
