Bethesda Fine Arts Festival in Bethesda
The Bethesda Fine Arts Festival is a free, two-day juried outdoor art fair held each May in Bethesda's Woodmont Triangle neighborhood in Maryland. Organized by the Bethesda Urban Partnership as part of the Bethesda Arts and Entertainment District's programming, it brings roughly 120 selected artists from across the country to sell original work along Norfolk, Auburn, and Del Ray Avenues.
The Bethesda Fine Arts Festival grew out of Bethesda's broader push, coordinated through the Bethesda Urban Partnership, to brand its Woodmont Triangle commercial core as a genuine arts district rather than simply a dense strip of offices and restaurants outside Washington, D.C.
