People's Choice Festival in Boalsburg
The People's Choice Festival of Pennsylvania Arts and Crafts is a four-day juried arts festival held each July at the Pennsylvania Military Museum grounds in Boalsburg, timed to run the same weekend as the Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts in nearby downtown State College. Founded in 1993 by local artist George Marion, it now draws nearly 200 artists, food and wine vendors, and roughly 110,000 visitors over four days.
Its local artist focus and festival grounds identity make it a useful regional row.
