Boulder International Film Festival in Boulder
The Boulder International Film Festival, known as BIFF, has run every March in Boulder since 2005, screening films from new and established filmmakers alike. Founded by the nonprofit Colorado Film Society, it draws roughly 25,000 attendances annually and relies on a team of about 500 volunteers.
The Boulder International Film Festival began in 2005 as the flagship project of the newly formed Colorado Film Society, a nonprofit founded by sisters and filmmakers Kathy and Robin Beeck that became a registered 501(c)(3) organization that same year.
