Brookings Summer Arts Festival in Brookings
Brookings Summer Arts Festival lets artists show original juried work across 15 different disciplines throughout the park. Families gather in a central children's area for educational activities, while live performers play in the historic bandshell and on smaller stages around the grounds. The festival spreads its programming across the whole park rather than one stage.
You walk into Pioneer Park with the sound of live music carrying through the trees, and the whole place feels like a small city built for wandering: white tents, folding chairs, kids weaving between booths, and the smell of grilled food following you down the path.
