The Deep Ellum Arts Festival is a free three-day street festival in Dallas's historic Deep Ellum district, featuring more than a hundred musical artists on five stages and roughly two hundred juried visual artists, held in the neighborhood that launched Dallas's early twentieth-century blues and jazz scene and grew from a one-block street party started in 1994.
