The DuQuoin State Fair is an annual agricultural and entertainment fair held on a roughly 1,600-acre fairground in Du Quoin, Illinois, in southern Illinois. Founded in 1923 by developer William R. Hayes and taken over by the State of Illinois in 1986, the fair runs an 11-day stretch ending on Labor Day and combines livestock competitions, harness-racing heritage, and nightly grandstand concerts.

It gives Southern Illinois a substantial fairgrounds event with agriculture, rides, and concerts.
