The Downtown Festival and Art Show is a free, two-day juried outdoor arts event held each November along the streets of downtown Gainesville, Florida. Organized by the City of Gainesville, it dates back more than four decades and by its 42nd edition in 2023 drew around 200 artists, roughly 40,000 visitors, five performance stages, and dozens of food vendors, alongside more than 100 performers and community groups including belly dance and circus acts.
