Hilton Head Island Concours d'Elegance and Motoring Festival is a multi-day classic car event held each fall on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, founded in 2002. The festival includes a driving tour, a car club showcase, and a judged Concours d'Elegance featuring nearly 200 vehicles across dozens of classes, judged by roughly 75 experts, at Port Royal Golf Club's Planter's Row course.

Since 2002, Hilton Head Island has hosted a fall gathering of classic and rare automobiles that has grown from a local car show into a genuinely national-caliber event: the Hilton Head Island Concours d'Elegance and Motoring Festival.
