The Ocean City Film Festival is a four-day independent film festival held in Ocean City, Maryland each March, produced by the nonprofit Art League of Ocean City since its founding in 2017. The festival screens roughly 100 independent short and feature films from international, national, and regional filmmakers, with proceeds supporting the Art League's youth and outreach programs.

The Ocean City Film Festival was founded in 2017 by the Art League of Ocean City, a community nonprofit that had already been running visual-art exhibitions, classes, and youth outreach programs in the resort town.
