Three Rivers Arts Festival in Pittsburgh
The Three Rivers Arts Festival is an outdoor music and visual arts festival held every June in Point State Park in Downtown Pittsburgh. Founded in 1960 by the Women's Committee of the Carnegie Museum of Art, it has presented more than ten thousand visual and performing artists over its history, combining free concerts with an open-air artist market at the confluence of Pittsburgh's three rivers.
Its scale, history, and free public programming make it a core Pennsylvania arts row.
