Urban Arts Festival is a free, one-day arts and music festival produced by the Utah Arts Alliance, held each August in Salt Lake City. The 2026 festival is scheduled for Saturday, August 22, at Smith's Ballpark, running from noon to 10 p.m., and remains active and growing rather than discontinued, having relocated in recent years from its longtime home at the Gallivan Center to the larger ballpark site to accommodate crowds.

Urban Arts Festival grew out of the Utah Arts Alliance's broader mission to support cultural art, music, and performance rooted in the social and cultural life of the Salt Lake City community, evolving from a smaller downtown event into what the organization now promotes as Utah's largest free art festival.
