Sunscreen Film Festival brings four days of independent film screenings, workshops and industry panels to the Sundial AMC 12 Theatres in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida every spring. Running since 2006 and reaching its 21st year in 2026 with an April 30 to May 3 schedule, the festival has been sponsored by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and ranks among the top reviewed festivals on FilmFreeway.
