Tulsa Greek Festival in Tulsa
The Tulsa Greek Festival is an annual September celebration hosted by Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church at 12th and Guthrie in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Over three days, the church grounds fill with Greek food, live music, and dancing, alongside guided tours of the church sanctuary. Now in its seventh decade, the festival has become one of Tulsa's most consistently popular annual events, drawing crowds who return every year for the same family recipes.
The Tulsa Greek Festival began as a parish gathering organized by the families of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, a congregation that took root in Tulsa in the early twentieth century as Greek immigrants settled in the city and along the path of what would become Route 66.
