What is special

The part that makes it specific.

01

The place changes

The swim's course is its defining feature: it links four of St

02

The mystery stays covered

John's North Shore beaches, including Trunk Bay, regularly ranked among the world's best beaches, into a single point-to-point open-water route through Virgin Islands National Park waters

03

The city starts moving

Ranked 23rd among the World's Top 100 Open Water Swims and 7th among the World's Top 100 Island Swims by international swim-travel rankings, the event offers three distance options so both recreational and competitive swimmers can take part, either solo or as three-person relay teams

04

The water draws everyone in

Proceeds support the park's marine conservation programs and a community learn-to-swim program, tying the race directly to water access and ocean stewardship on the island rather than to competition alone
