The Festival de Cine Entre Largos y Cortos de Oriente, known as ELCO, is an annual Venezuelan film festival based in Anzoategui state, first held in September 2011, promoting feature and short film categories including fiction, animation, and documentary across venues in Guanta, El Tigre, Puerto La Cruz, Barcelona, Lecheria, and Anaco.

When a small group of film enthusiasts in Venezuela's eastern Anzoategui state launched a short and feature film festival in September 2011, they built it around an idea unusual for a regional Venezuelan cultural event: rather than concentrating everything in one host city, the festival, which became known by the acronym ELCO, for Entre Largos y Cortos de Oriente, would run simultaneously across several towns at once.
