Kate Festival in Phan Rang-Thap Cham

Kate Festival is the biggest annual celebration of the Cham Brahman people, held around October 1-3 at Po Klong Garai Tower in Phan Rang-Thap Cham, Po Rome Tower, and Po Ina Nagar Temple, honoring ancestors and Cham deities across Ninh Thuan province's long-settled Cham communities.

On the first day of the seventh month by the Cham calendar, typically falling around the start of October, thousands of Cham Brahman people converge on Po Klong Grai Tower in Phan Rang-Thap Cham city to begin Kate, the most important festival of their year.
