The only independently documented Solar Festival found in research, Solar Music Festival, is based in Sarandë on the Albanian Riviera in late July, not Tirana as this listing suggests, featuring international and Albanian electronic DJs, boat parties and hidden-beach tours along the coastline. This creates a genuine geographic discrepancy worth confirming before planning a visit to either city.

Albania's national tourism calendar lists a Solar Festival under Tirana's music programming, but the only independently documented event of this name found in research, Solar Music Festival, is based not in Tirana but roughly 280 kilometres south on the Albanian Riviera in Sarandë, running for two to three days each late July with its main stage set on the town's coastline where, as the festival's own branding puts it, music meets the sun and the Ionian Sea.
