Anguilla Day Premier's Cup Boat Race in Around the island
An around-the-island boat race marking Anguilla Day's 1967 separation from Saint Kitts and Nevis, sending A Class boats on one of the longest courses of the season from a Sandy Ground start to an evening finish, following a parade at Webster Park earlier that same morning before the fleet sets out.
Anguilla Day's Premier's Cup is widely regarded as the second-longest race in the island's entire boat-racing history, an around-the-island contest that turns Anguilla Day itself into the biggest single day on the traditional sailing calendar.
