Picture On is an eclectic open-air music festival held every August in the small southern Burgenland village of Bildein, tracing to a one-day event in 2000 organized by the cultural association KuKuK Bildein and grown more than tenfold since going open-air in 2001. Picture On began small and local, tracing to a one-day event staged on 23 September 2000 in the parish hall of Bildein, a village of a few hundred people in southern Burgenland near the Hungarian border, with the band 330mle headlining what was then simply an attempt by local organizers to bring some festival culture to the region.
