Waves Vienna in Vienna

Waves Vienna is a showcase festival and industry conference for emerging music from Central and Eastern Europe, spreading dozens of largely unfamiliar acts across small clubs along Vienna's Gurtel ring road under an 'East meets West' theme. A companion conference near Yppenplatz runs panels, keynotes and networking sessions for bookers, promoters and journalists, with a different guest country featured each year alongside the regular lineup.
