Bul Reg Regatta in Abaco
Known officially as Regattas in The Abacos (RITA), this multi-island sailing series moves through Green Turtle Cay, Guana Cay, Marsh Harbour and Hope Town over roughly a week each June. Competitive fleets race in Spinnaker, Non-Spinnaker and Multihull divisions alongside a casual Mother Tub class, while each stop adds dockside parties, island celebrations and local food to the racing schedule.
Each June, the harbor towns of the Abacos take turns hosting sailors for what is officially known as Regattas in The Abacos, or RITA, a circuit that moves fleets between Green Turtle Cay, Guana Cay, Marsh Harbour and Hope Town over roughly a week and a half, typically June 20 through 28.
