A tarmac rally run over roughly twenty special stages on Barbados's closed public roads, organized by the Barbados Rally Club since its 1990 debut as the International All-Stage Rally and now the Caribbean's largest annual motorsport event. A qualifying event called King of the Hill sets the running order before the main weekend begins.

Barbados Rally Club's premier event began in 1990 as the International All-Stage Rally and has grown since into the biggest annual motorsport gathering in the English-speaking Caribbean, run entirely on tarmac rather than the gravel stages common to most world rallies.
