Antwerp 10 Miles in Antwerp
A 10-mile road race held alongside the Antwerp Marathon each April, best known for sending runners underground through the Kennedy and Waasland tunnels beneath the Scheldt before finishing back on the Left Bank. The route mixes riverside embankments and the historic center with two enclosed tunnel crossings that give the race a distinct, echoing middle section.
Twice during the Antwerp 10 Miles, the route drops underground: runners pass through the Kennedy Tunnel beneath the Scheldt to reach the right bank, then return via the Waasland Tunnel, an out-and-back river crossing that gives the race its most distinctive physical stretch.
