Les Nuits Botanique

Les Nuits Botanique unfolds across roughly three weeks each spring inside the Botanique, a former 19th-century orangery from Belgium's old National Botanic Garden, reopened in 1984 as a cultural center. The building's three indoor stages, a 650-capacity orangery, a 300-capacity rotunda, and the standing Witloof Bar, plus an outdoor garden stage, host an eclectic mix of Belgian and international acts, ticketed show by show rather than under one festival pass.

Les Nuits Botanique performs inside a converted 19th-century greenhouse: the Botanique building was originally the orangery of Belgium's National Botanic Garden, which lost its plant collection to a new site in Meise in 1958 and sat unused for over two decades before reopening in 1984 as a cultural center for the French Community of Belgium.
